I am a mother of two girls and soon after embarking on my own journey to inner calm, I realised that I could adapt many of the tools and techniques I was learning for them too.
Practicing mindfulness techniques with children, and teaching them how to protect and manage their energy, can really support them in leading calm and happy lives.
Below you will find lots of information on the different tools and techniques you can practice with children, including fun activities you can use to engage them.
